Cantaloops | Synth | Without anything formally planned from the onset, I knew only that I wanted to create something that would give me goosebumps when listening back, since that is the reaction I have when I listen to some of the music by other artists that has the most impact on me personally. The result was more than I expected, and while I was shooting for an "album", I missed the criteria by one track and about a minute for total runtime. That said, the result is a mix of orchestral and synthesized elements which makes for an interesting journey start to finish and what I would consider very experimental when compared to my more traditional style of songwriting. | EP | Thomaston | Connecticut | USA | LINK |
objectathon | Experimental | Created entirely on hardware synths and my tracker, this songs pushed me to create and produce entirely unshackled from my DAW. I started the month by picking up the guitar, but wanted to focus on making more electronic-focused music. I was aiming for a video-gamey kind of sound and I think I got something close, kinda. | Single | West Haven | Connecticut | USA | LINK |
Thorny Music | Electronic | Fernweh is that moment you sit twilight, looking out over the the vibrance of a city you’ve never visited. This is the first time I have made something close to a dance track. It was a fun exploration, and started very diferently. I am satisfied where it ended up. I have been rolling with the RPM challenge for 4 or 5 years now, and couldn’t let it pass. This is the one time of year I do force myself to finish something. Made on an OP1 Mixed and mastered in IOS on Cubasis. | Single | Wilton | Connecticut | USA | LINK |
